Acceptance

It’s mental health awareness week and I am sharing some tips to help everyone with their mental health. Remember we all have mental health and we all have to keep it healthy. 💛

Accept

That you will never be perfect,

life will always have challenges,

and other people will

disappoint you sometimes.

Acceptance is the first step toward peace.

Mental Health Awareness

‘Don’t worry if people don’t like you, most people are struggling to like themselves’. Seen some truly amazing posts this week about mental health and many people sharing their stories. Self love and self care is more important than anything else, you can’t function at you best for the ones you love if you don’t look after yourself.

Monday Motivation

Don’t let anyone let your colour fade. It’s easy to say but harder to do, but I’m friends with you because you are you. #MentalHealth

I needed to escape earlier this evening, I felt overwhelmed and I just wanted sometime alone. So I put on my walking boots and walked all the stress away, thought of nothing and enjoyed just being outside. Never under estimate what a walk can do for you.

It’s Sunday evening again

‘Hidden in plain sight’.

So it’s the end of another weekend and it’s nearly time to go back to the work week grind. So many of us just getting on with our daily jobs with not a thought of how what we do impacts others. Tomorrow take a moment to think how you make a difference to someone’s life, from helping someone get something that they cannot reach to phoning someone to book an appointment. These things may seem simple and automatic but they do make a difference to someone’s life.

Workers

‘And though she be but little, she is fierce’. – Shakespeare

I often feel like this small in a big world. In my work place so many people thinking that their role is more important than another’s. This could not be more wrong. It takes many things to succeed, often with one selfless person bringing them together not caring if they get the recognition. Because if it can make positive change what does it matter they will always know in their heart what they have done.

International Women’s Day

On #internationalwomensday I celebrate all the women in my life and to all the unsung women that achieve so very much but go unnoticed. I encourage everyone no matter their gender to work for their dreams, never believe that one job is superior to another and to remember it’s everyone working together that will make the most successful place to be. #women #equality #together #we’vegottgis #yougotthis #homelife #worklife
