Sunset Moments

As the sunsets on another day it’s got me thinking.

My family know little about what I do at work, I try my best to keep that separate. As I walk out of work, I let the sunset.

At home my sunsets when I get into my bed and I close my eyes.

Workers

‘And though she be but little, she is fierce’. – Shakespeare

I often feel like this small in a big world. In my work place so many people thinking that their role is more important than another’s. This could not be more wrong. It takes many things to succeed, often with one selfless person bringing them together not caring if they get the recognition. Because if it can make positive change what does it matter they will always know in their heart what they have done.

International Women’s Day

On #internationalwomensday I celebrate all the women in my life and to all the unsung women that achieve so very much but go unnoticed. I encourage everyone no matter their gender to work for their dreams, never believe that one job is superior to another and to remember it’s everyone working together that will make the most successful place to be. #women #equality #together #we’vegottgis #yougotthis #homelife #worklife

Watching the sunset

Getting outside, letting my brain relax and enjoying the beautiful countryside. I lent against a tree and watched the sunset. Simple but Perfect.

I cannot explain just how watching the sunset has given me so much energy. I have felt very drained and tired over the past few weeks but getting outside this evening proved a real winner. It’s amazing how something so simple can do so much for our body and soul.

Tuesday Thoughts 💭

‘Spend a little more time trying to make something of yourself and a little less time trying to impress people.’ – The Breakfast Club –

I love Instagram and I use it for inspiration, for my mental health and as a record.

1. Inspiration – I love to see other people’s adventures, where they are exploring and what others are up to. I try my best not to feel like I am missing out but to look at what I could do or where I could get to.

2. Mental Health – trying to make myself understand and realise that it’s ok to be sad, it’s ok to miss someone you love who is no longer here and that every day is not perfect.

3. A record – what I have achieved, where I was, what I have seen, and what I have. I love looking back although sometimes it hurts terribly I know how far I have come from an unbelievable tragedy that broke my world. ❤️ So use Instagram for what makes you happy, follow the things you love, dream of what can be, share with others if you wish and try not to feel like your missing out as no one can do everything or be everywhere. ❤️ #instagram #mentalhealth #inspiration #record
