It takes many things to succeed, often with one selfless person bringing them together not caring if they get the recognition. Because if it can make positive change what does it matter they will always know in their heart what they have done.

We are taking full advantage of the glorious weather we are having.
Today we set off to explore Folkestone Warren. A stunning walk along the beach to a climb up and along the top of the cliffs.
Today was all about relaxing and having fun at home in the garden with the family and it was perfect 💞
You never know what you will meet along your way.
One of my favourite local places to walk to, it’s always so peaceful.
Planning adventures makes me happy, they don’t have to be big or expensive just something that I will remember.
I remember building sandcastles and dams with the children in the middle of winter on the beach. One particular occasion a gentleman came over and said ‘it’s so lovely to see a family enjoying the beach at this time of year’.
Think out of the box when it comes to planning your adventures as it’s not always the normal that brings the best memories.
Here I have stood and here I shall still stand.
On my evening walk I came across this amazing tree. It has seen so many things that it cannot tell. It has fought through many weather conditions. And yet it still stands.
We face many things during our lifetime and often we forget how far we have come.
Walking through the weekend…
Bedgebury Pinetum is a great place to take the family. There are paths for all abilities and you can walk or cycle.
With over 12,000 trees it’s a wonderful place to explore.
Parking is plentiful and is a set daily rate, although there is an early bird rate if you arrive early and leave before 11am.
You can hire bikes, walk the tree tops at Go Ape, find the Gruffalo sculptures, play on the play park equipment and more.
You can take your own picnic to enjoy or visit the onsite cafe.
