What a beautiful evening to take a walk through the woods to see the flower carpets appearing.
So many wood anemones, primroses and a sprinkling of bluebells.
Taking in the fresh air and listening to an audiobook no better way to have some me time.

Just beautiful, I can’t wait to see the tulips start to flower across Kent. These are from @nationaltrust Sissinghurst Castle Garden on our last visit.
Was a beautiful day in Sandwich today. As I walked along the rope walk this morning my mind in a place of rest and relaxation. And I can tell you it’s been a while since I have felt this relaxed, getting outside really does help you mind release stress.
Just the two of us đź’— exploring the Kent countryside. With our @OrdnanceSurvey map and app. We love being outside and seeing each season of the year.

Just being together is enough.
There is so much pressure on everyone to have material things and whilst we do need some material things what is enough?
I have clothes to wear and a house to live in.
I am lucky to have children, have a car, go on holidays and I have a job.
It’s easy to get carried away with trying to keep up with what the world shows us in images on social media.
I challenge you to take a moment to think about what you would miss the most of it was gone.
For me being together with my family is priceless. The memories of things we have done places we have been make me happier than any new pair or jeans or a car. Everything else I can work out we don’t need the most expensive or newest one out.
I encourage everyone to get outside for a part of their day every day.
Even when the rain is pouring put on your coat and take a moment to feel the fresh air.
Taking moments for you is key to looking after yourself.
A wonderful weekend away with my beautiful mum and sister in law in Arundel, West Sussex.
I don’t often go away without my husband or children but this weekend has been lovely. I have had time to relax and just do something for me.

When I am working I always try to grab a little bit of time outside walking, taking in the day. My mind gets the space that it needs to and I stumble upon some beautiful places.

I love living in the country side so many beautiful things live here.
Some animals are easy to spot others are much shyer but this can make seeing them more magical. And as the evenings grow lighter I will be able to stay out longer exploring the beautiful Kent countryside.
This week it was the chance for my husband to take us somewhere for a walk. I had no idea when I got in the car where we were going to end up and I was still clueless until the last 5 minutes when he took a turn towards Tankerton.
And it was lovely, I hadn’t walked there in years a perfect morning exploring the beautiful coast of Kent. Although it was windy – great for the offshore wind farm though!
This is a lovely walk for all abilities, with plenty of places to stop and have some food or drink if you wish.
